My Dance Work

In my dance is neither a story nor meaning.

I feel myself strongly influenced by something immanent and intangible, something which is drifting on the air. And I am driven by the energy of the surrounding audience.

Furthermore, I am interested in transforming the space. Perhaps only for myself with the changing view point as I move through it. However, when I had finished a four-day performance in Berlin recently, the director said to me „I felt the space was enchanted“. I had that feeling too, so it was not just my changibg perspective.

So, my dance work is to try and read every passing moment and to concentrate on the situation so that I can bring life into the space.
